Welcome to The Hive! Our 1130 location is the home base to our local family Gelati business. We started as Gainesvlle's Original Gelati food truck and have now found a permanent location to serve our delicious desserts. We serve homemade italian ice, Ice cream and when you layer those together we call it Gelati.
